These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Inboundly (the "Service"), operated by Inboundly ("we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Inboundly monitors Reddit for posts and conversations relevant to a customer's product, surfaces qualified opportunities, and provides tools to engage with those conversations, including drafted replies and reply delivery through managed Reddit accounts. Specific features, automation levels, and the mix of automated versus human-reviewed steps may change over time and may vary by plan or account setting.
You must provide accurate information when setting up your account and are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and any sign-in links sent to your email. You are responsible for all activity under your account.
You agree not to use the Service to violate Reddit's terms of service, content policy, or applicable law; to send spam or harassing content; to target individuals rather than genuine business opportunities; or to attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, or interfere with the Service. You are responsible for the content of any reply sent using drafts or engagement generated through the Service, even where that content was AI-assisted or posted through a managed account on your behalf.
The Service interacts with Reddit, a third-party platform we do not control. Reddit's own terms, content policy, and moderation decisions apply to any activity on Reddit, and Reddit may change its API, policies, or enforcement at any time in ways that affect the Service. We make reasonable efforts to operate within Reddit's rules but do not guarantee any specific outcome, reach, or that any particular account or post will not be moderated, limited, or removed by Reddit.
We retain all rights to the Service, its software, and its branding. You retain ownership of the information you provide about your product and business. You grant us a license to use that information solely to operate the Service on your behalf.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee any particular volume of opportunities, replies, or business outcomes.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Inboundly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for any loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Service.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service if you violate these Terms, misuse the Service, or engage in activity that puts our managed Reddit accounts or other customers at risk.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Questions about these Terms can be sent to support@getinboundly.com.
