This Privacy Policy explains what information Inboundly ("we," "us") collects when you use our website and dashboard (the "Service"), and how we use it.

1. Information We Collect

• Account information: your name, email address, and password (stored as a salted hash, never in plain text).
• Business information you provide: your product name, website, ideal customer description, and how you describe your product — used to find and draft relevant Reddit replies.
• Payment information: handled entirely by our payment processor. We do not receive or store your card number.
• Usage data: how you use the dashboard, opportunities you review, and actions you take (approve/reject/etc.), used for providing and improving the Service.
• Reddit content: public posts and comments matching your monitoring settings, retrieved via a third-party Reddit data API.

2. How We Use Information

• To operate the Service: finding relevant Reddit conversations, drafting replies, and managing your monitoring settings.
• To communicate with you: welcome emails, sign-in links, and support responses.
• To improve the Service and troubleshoot issues.

We do not sell your personal information.

3. Third-Party Service Providers

We share information with trusted third-party service providers who help us operate Inboundly — for example, processing payments, delivering emails, hosting our application and data, and providing the AI processing behind reply drafts and suggestions. Each is only permitted to use your information to perform that limited function on our behalf, not for their own purposes.

4. Data Retention

We retain your account and opportunity data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us — see Section 7.

5. Security

Passwords are stored as salted hashes, never in plain text. Sign-in links are single-use and expire automatically. We use industry-standard practices to protect your data, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Children's Privacy

The Service is not directed to individuals under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

7. Your Rights and Contact
